We provide speech and language therapy for children and adults with communication, feeding, and swallowing challenges. Our therapists work on articulation, language development, fluency, voice, social communication, and feeding concerns using personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Occupational Therapy Services
Our occupational therapy services help children and adults build the skills they need for daily life. We address fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding challenges, self-care, handwriting, coordination, and developmental delays. Therapy is tailored to each patient’s needs, with a strong focus on functional goals and meaningful outcomes.
Physical Therapy Services
We offer physical therapy to help patients improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and overall physical function. Our therapists work with children and adults recovering from injury, managing developmental delays, or working toward improved movement and independence. Treatment plans are individualized to support safe, steady, and lasting progress.

Speech & Language Rehab and Therapy Discoveries is a family-owned and operated therapy practice rooted in the communities we serve. Our therapists don’t just work here — they live here, raise their families here, and care deeply about helping their neighbors thrive.
Speech & Language Rehab was originally founded in 1993 to provide high-quality speech therapy services to children and adults in our local communities. As the needs of our patients grew, we expanded our care model. In 2014, Therapy Discoveries was created to bring occupational and physical therapy services under the same compassionate, patient-focused approach families already trusted.
Today, both practices work together as one team, allowing us to offer more comprehensive care while maintaining the personal, community-driven feel of a locally owned clinic.

That’s why we take the time to truly get to know every patient and family, understand their goals, and create treatment plans that fit real life — not just a diagnosis or a checklist.
