Who We Are
Speech and Language Rehabilitation Services was founded in 1993 with a simple mission: to provide compassionate, high-quality therapy services that truly meet the needs of the families we serve. What began as a small, community-based practice has grown into a trusted provider of speech, occupational, and physical therapy across Eastern North Carolina.
In 2014, we expanded our services through the creation of Therapy Discoveries to offer occupational and physical therapy, allowing us to better support children and adults with a broader range of therapeutic needs — all under one coordinated, patient-centered approach.
We are proud to be a family-owned and operated organization. Our therapists live in the communities they serve and are deeply invested in helping patients make meaningful, real-life progress. We believe therapy works best when it’s personal, consistent, and rooted in genuine care.
